 It just remains  to put on record the thanks due to Frank Gibson for advising me that the new syllabus and other amendments prepared and applied ages ago , had just apparently disappeared into the ether as it were.  Thus instead of  the website updating, it remained as last year.  Hopefully finally getting rid of two very persistent malicious invaders, (actually only quite recently) things will return to normal as I find errors and update them as needed.
